Users post items by location. You can filter by city or ZIP code to find sellers near you for easy pickup.
5. How do I contact a seller?
Each listing has a Message button. You can chat safely inside the website without sharing your phone number until you’re ready.
6. How do I buy something?
Buyers and sellers arrange payment directly (cash, Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, etc.). Meet in a safe public location or choose local porch pickup.
7. How do I know the condition of an item?
Every listing includes a condition badge:
- New with Tags

- or use porch pickup if you’re comfortable
See our full Safety Tips page for more.
9. Do you offer shipping?
Each seller decides whether they offer shipping. If shipping is available, it should be clearly stated in the listing details. If it’s not mentioned, buyers can simply message the seller to ask.
Our platform is designed primarily for local connections, but shipping is available when sellers choose to provide it.
10. Can I report a listing or user?
Yes. If you see something suspicious, click the Report button on the listing or message us at support@thekidsnook.com. We take safety seriously.
11. How do I delete my listing?
Go to Your Account → My Listings → Delete.
12. Can businesses post?
For now, this platform is focused on parents selling gently used items. Baby boutiques may contact us for collaboration at advertising@thekidsnook.com.
